Sharing the Aloha Spirit Since 2018

Royal Hawaiian Catamaran was born from a simple dream: to share the breathtaking beauty of Hawaii's waters with visitors and locals alike. What started as a passion for sailing has grown into Oahu's premier catamaran charter experience.

Our founder fell in love with these waters decades ago and has dedicated their life to creating unforgettable ocean experiences. Every charter, whether it's a morning snorkel or a sunset wedding, is infused with genuine aloha spirit.

Today, we're proud to be rated Hawaii's #1 catamaran charter, but what matters most to us is the joy on our guests' faces as they experience the magic of the Pacific Ocean.

Getting Here

From Waikiki: 5-minute drive west on Ala Moana Blvd. Free parking available at Kewalo Basin.

By Bus: Routes 19, 20, 42 stop nearby at Ala Moana Center.

Rideshare: Drop-off at Kewalo Basin Harbor entrance.

Check-In

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Look for our catamaran at Berth F24, front row.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring on the charter?

We recommend bringing: reef-safe sunscreen, towel, sunglasses, light cover-up, camera, and any food/drinks you'd like (cooler with ice provided). We provide all snorkeling equipment.

What if the weather is bad?

Safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund. Light rain usually doesn't affect our charters - you're getting wet anyway!

Is the catamaran suitable for children?

Yes! We welcome guests of all ages. We have life jackets in all sizes and our crew is experienced with families. Children 10 and under must wear life jackets at all times. Kids love snorkeling and spotting sea turtles!

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Absolutely! We have a BYOB policy for alcoholic beverages. We provide coolers with ice, soft drinks, and mixers. Bring whatever you'd like to eat and drink. For private charters, we can also arrange catering starting at $25/person.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your charter. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Weather cancellations by us result in full rescheduling or refund.

Do you offer kamaaina rates?

Yes! We offer special rates for Hawaii residents. Please bring valid Hawaii ID to receive your kamaaina discount.
